Diversity and Inclusion
​We believe in accepting and learning about differences and valuing everyone. Each person is an individual with unique qualities and by respecting this everyone can feel valued for their contributions. Equality, respect and the welcoming of all individuals are fundamental aspects of our approach. In every interaction and activity, we prioritise the well-being and comfort of each participant, creating an environment where everyone feels valued and heard. We welcome all families, regardless of racial, sexual, cultural, religious, social and other differences.

Child-led Learning
Central to our philosophy is the belief in child-led learning and the role of an adult as a facilitator. We encourage children to explore and play at their own pace, nurturing their natural curiosity and trust in their own abilities. We provide an environment where they can flourish and develop a sense of agency over their learning journey.  

Safe Learning Environment
We are committed to providing safe and enriching experiences for all participants. Our playgroup sessions and activities offer a variety of opportunities to engage with educational resources, fostering confidence and empowerment. Safeguarding and making sure our venues and activities are safe is paramount; always reminding parents/caregivers of their responsibility via our Golden Agreements.

Family Engagement
We recognise the significance of family engagement in a child's development and the impact of this as one of the fundamental building blocks of a healthy society. We invite and facilitate the involvement of all parents and caregivers, fostering a sense of togetherness and shared journey. We support initiatives and bring families together to share their own knowledge, skills, celebrations and cultural events with others.

Community Building
Creating a sense of community is at the heart of what we do. We encourage sharing, mutual support, empathy and trust among all participants, creating a cohesive and supportive network. We are working on building a ‘village’ where all families can find a space to connect and raise our children together. We strongly believe that navigating the parenting journey is much better when it is done collectively.
