Who are we

Picture
Natalia Lema | Founder and Executive Director

An Experienced early years teacher and consultant, community builder and happy mother. After working 15 years in schools – both in state and private sectors - she found that working closely with families is her new passion. She strongly believes in early intervention and how giving support to families can bring a positive and meaningful change in society.

Becoming a mother early 2017 and noticing from her own experience how challenging parenting is, was the seed that gave birth to Early Years Cocoon. Since then, she has been working with the community, delivering services and most importantly, connecting with families in Barking and Dagenham.
